Over 3 years, we will provide your PRIMARY school with:

- 20 Credits/Hours included in Contract to use on request
- A simple inventory and audit of your existing system hardware and software.
- An on-site log to record problems arising and actions taken.
- Telephone support 09.00 – 17.00, Monday to Friday. Term-time only.
- Option to increase ICT Support by purchasing additional Credits*
- Unlimited Emergency call out*
- E-mail support.

The technician’s work will be directed towards the following:

Developing an ICT Strategy and driving up the ICT standards within the school, working closely with STAFF to achieve a more Efficient and Cost effective Network.

Maintaining smooth running of curriculum computer workstations, printers, file
servers and Internet connections.
The cost for this service is £25 per month, based on a 3 year contract, total cost - £900.
